Location: TQ87323481. Opened 1959 Closed 1968 Date of visit: July 2010 Post is open and in an poor condition in a heavily overgrown and wooded compound. The hatch is missing and the aircraft post that was nearby has now been demolished and some of it has been put down the access shaft to prevent access, damaging the shaft and ladder.
