ROC remembered

Location: SU75997782. Opened 1959 Closed 1991 Date of visit: Sept 2008. Post was still there when visited by subbrit in 1998. The bunker was situated in a compound surrounded by containers. The whole compound has now been demolished, including the post and the containers have been removed, all that remains is half a telegraph pole and a small depression in the ground where the access shaft would have been.
