Post is securely locked. Access was kindly arranged by the current owner. The owner is currently restoring the bunker to operational condition. The post was flooded by a couple of feet until restoration began and the post is now in excellent condition above and below ground. The artifacts you see in the photos are not left in the bunker and were brought down by the post owner for documentation for this website. Please do not attempt to access the bunker, if you wish to visit the post, please contact myself and i can pass your details to the post owner who gladly try to accomodate a visit.
Near the post are two buildings across the road which were used for ammunition storage and nearby two underground air raid shelters from the now disused Penshurst World War Two airfield.
