Long Compton

Long Compton (3)

Location: SP29643097 Opened 1961 Closed 1991 Date of visit: July 2009 Post has been demolished. However the above ground section of the access shaft lies on its side next to a pile of concrete fence posts from the compound in the hedgerow alongside the road, it can just be seen through the undergrowth. Photos are from the subbrit visit.
