Post is located just within the live MOD Lydd Ranges. I wrote to the MOD several times for permission but had no replies. Post is still intact and can be viewed from road.
This is a strange post because it was not built underground. But covered in shingle on a strange mound.
Check out Nick Catford's photos from his visit in 1997 which show the post closer up when it was not so overgrown. It was in excellent condtion internally.
